20 semi-detached social housing including 2 family wheelchair standard houses and two houses adopted to cater for wheelchair user member of the family.
Garden walls are used to link the semi-detached houses giving privacy and visual continuity. The site was raised to address flooding issues.
The houses were designed to be flexible and minimise any adaptations should the house be occupied by someone with a physical disability. They either have a downstairs bedroom in the case of the three bedroom house types or in the case of the two bedroom house types the ground floor living room and the main bedroom on the first floor are interchangeable allowing for a ground floor bedroom.
All circulation bathroom and kitchens are wheelchair accessible and usable.
