Architect/Architectural Technician – GLASGOW STUDIO

Working  in a busy and award winning architectural and design studio, candidates should have 5+ years post qualification experience, good technical design skills, proven IT and graphics capability (including Revit), a flexible and proactive attitude and the ability to work to deadlines.

Bid Coordinator – GLASGOW STUDIO

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Bid Co-ordinator based in our Glasgow studio.

Working  in a busy and award winning architectural and design studio, candidates should have excellent communication skills, proven IT and graphics capability (including Indesign), a flexible and proactive attitude and the ability to work to deadlines.

The role will involve the management, co-ordination and production of bid submissions including Expressions of Interest, Pre-qualification Questionnaires, Invitations to Tender etc; tracking bid opportunities on online portals, monitoring bid responses and preparing and updating marketing and bid collateral material.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Qualified or Graduate Landscape Architects GLASGOW STUDIO

Our award winning multi-disciplinary design Practice is looking to recruit graduate or recently qualified Landscape Architects (1-3 years’ experience) to join our landscape team in our Glasgow studio.

The successful candidate will join a busy and creative studio working on an exciting range of projects from conceptual design through to detailed contract implementation within a wide range of sectors including urban regeneration, public realm streetscapes, transportation, historic landscapes and landscape masterplanning. Our workload is diverse and varied in scale and complexity.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven design and technical skills, supporting communication and organisational abilities.

The ability to work as a team member, particularly within multi-disciplinary teams, is essential.

Proficiency in CAD is essential. Proficiency in Revit is preferable or with a willingness to develop skills in Revit.
