INDUSTRY & INFRASTRUCTURE
Our approach to industrial and infrastructure projects is informed by many years’ experience of delivering multi-faceted and complex schemes for a wide range of public and private sector clients. We bring our understanding of the latest developments in building design, engineering and landscape architecture to create environments that are practical, efficient, attractive and sustainable.
We have designed and delivered warehouses, factories, business parks, research centres, waste-processing plants and many other medium to large-scale industrial facilities. Recent projects include the Severnside Energy Recovery Centre in South Gloucestershire and Park Cybi, a masterplan for a large business park in an area of outstanding natural beauty, achieving the highest CEEQUAL (‘Excellent’ 94.6%) score awarded to date.
As architects for the multi award-winning Roseisle Distillery in Speyside we worked closely with the Client, Diageo, and their specialist process and production engineers, to produce the first major distillery in Scotland for 30 years and the most environmentally friendly. The £40m, 3,000 m2 site opened on budget, on time in less than 2 years from its inception and achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
We always consider the many varied factors that combine to make successful buildings and environments. These include location, setting, approach, clear navigation, branding and a happy and healthy workforce. Key to our approach to industry and infrastructure projects is a commitment to understanding the need for design to improve and enhance the manufacturing process. By entrusting your project with us, you can be assured that our experience, dedication and professionalism will help you realise your vision even for the most challenging of sites.
