Recognising that any school, college or university building comes with financial and time pressures and their own unique requirements, we listen carefully to our clients’ needs before responding to the brief. Our buildings are always functional, accessible and sustainable but also fun, inspiring and uplifting.

Our low carbon teaching building for South Lanarkshire College was the first project in the UK to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating for the design stage under the revised 2014 standards, and Ffwrnes Primary School in Llanelli was the first primary school in Wales to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating.

Another college building (Coleg y Cymoedd) enabled the Client to increase its student role from 240 to 417 in 8 months and achieve 97% retention.

Recently we have been involved in campus consolidation, framework development and implementation for the colleges of Pembroke and Liverpool and the Universities of Teesside, Liverpool, University of the West of England, Edinburgh and Strathclyde.
