Richard joined Austin-Smith:Lord in 1996 and has considerable experience across a variety of sectors, for a variety of public and private clients. As well as specialising in transport he has worked substantially across the industry, and has completed commercial and industrial assignments for both private developers and the public sector. Considering the breadth and depth of his experience, therefore, Richard is an essential part of the design and delivery process with Austin-Smith:Lord.
