Tom joined Austin-Simith:Lord in June 2026 with over 10 years’ experience and proven track record in leading large scale commercial and residential developments across the North West.

As Project Architect, Tom has been responsible for delivering a number of high-profile projects, producing planning applications, tender and construction documentation, managing multidisciplinary project teams, and overseeing projects through the construction phase.

Tom works collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design and quality.

Technically accomplished, with a passion for sustainable innovation and specialist expertise in passive fire protection, Tom is committed to creating beautiful, user-focused spaces while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
