Our portfolio ranges from warehouses, factories and business parks to research centres, waste-processing facilities and large-scale industrial estates. Recent projects include the Severnside Energy Recovery Centre in South Gloucestershire and Park Cybi, a major business park masterplan in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which achieved the highest CEEQUAL “Excellent” score to date (94.6%). We were also architects for the multi award-winning Roseisle Distillery in Speyside, designed in close collaboration with Diageo and specialist production engineers. The £40m facility opened on time and on budget, delivered in under two years, and achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
