Liverpool Central Library Shortlists at LABC Awards

Liverpool Central Library has been selected as a finalist at the LABC North West Regional Building Excellence Awards.

The winners will be announced on the evening of 26 April 2013 at a dinner event at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
