Pennywell + Muirhouse Masterplan
This commission comprises the preparation of a masterplan for the central area of Pennywell & Muirhouse which will guide the regeneration of the area and establish the development criteria for the North West Edinburgh Partnership Centre, The Muirhouse Shopping Centre, new housing opportunities and a
comprehensive review of the public realm integrating new and existing development on the site. Planning Permission in Principle for the masterplan was submitted in March 2012.
AS:L assembled and managed a cohesive team of experienced sub-consultants which greatly contributed to the success of the project.
